As all bakeshops of Julie’s are onsite baking, you can always enjoy hot newly baked breads. Every hour, the ovens bake new breads. Yup, every hour since they don’t use any preservatives to last a bread a week. Some Julie’s Bakeshops have open kitchen, and this one in Rosario, Pasig you can see through what’s going on inside.

In a bakeshop, there are about 8 to 9 employees including the frontliners, scaler, baker and the supervisor which could also be the cashier. Some Julie’s Bakeshops are open 24 hours; so there should be about 3 employees shifting for the respective positions.
